Spanggo or the Spanish-Ilonggo Restaurant is one of the
Capiz Best Restaurant. Spanggo is said to be the
Capiz Best because of it's unique style, it is the only one Restaurant around Capiz that serves spanish foods. And as I've heard that spanggo is not just well-known in capizenos but also in the people who are new to capiz like famous drama artist and performers of TV shows.
